We created two animations for the BC Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training’s labour market resource, WorkBC. Rooted in the remote-work realities of employees and employers across the world, these videos communicate insights and lessons from the virtual interview process. We scripted each video with a unique, first person point-of-view—the first from the perspective of the job applicant and the other from the employer.
