We created this custom 90-minute learning experience to be integrated into the International Organization for Migration (IOM)’s learning management system. Through a series of six multimedia modules, businesses around the world can learn how to uphold ethical practices for the recruitment and employment of migrant workers. This holistic learning solution consists of several integrated media elements: a mixed format explainer video that feature virtual interviews with IOM subject matter experts; a six-part animated series of videos telling the story of one migrant worker’s experience; reflection questions; knowledge checks; and pre- and post-assessments.
