The gender pay gap and the fight for equality

Around the world, the gender pay gap remains. In partnership with the ILO (International Labour Organization) and EPIC (Equal Pay International Coalition), Sandbox crafted a “curtain-raiser” video to humanize this ongoing challenge, emphasizing its life-altering impact, particularly for women in the Global South.

The video communicates both the progress made toward closing the gender pay gap and the urgent need for continued action. By showcasing personal stories, it aims to inspire change and build momentum for greater equality, offering a compelling visual call to action for policymakers and global leaders.
