Navigating virtual interviews from both sides of the screen

WorkBC is the labour market resource wing under the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training in British Columbia. Sandbox partnered with WorkBC and the Ministry to create two animated videos focused on the growing trend of remote work. 

These animated videos are crafted to provide insights into the virtual interview process for both job applicants and employers. Each video is scripted with a unique first-person point of view: one from the perspective of the job applicant and the other from the perspective of the employer. This approach helps viewers understand the challenges and opportunities on both sides of a virtual interview, offering valuable lessons for navigating the remote hiring process.
