Breaking down human rights in BC

The BC Office of the Human Rights Commissioner wanted to create engaging media that dove deep into human rights at the international, national, and provincial levels. 

Sandbox created this two-part explainer animation series to break down complex human rights concepts into clear, accessible messages that resonate with a wide audience. The animations encourage viewers to not only understand and exercise their own rights, but also to stand up for the rights of others. 

The vibrant, visually striking collage style was coupled with straightforward storytelling in order to empower British Columbians to foster a culture of advocacy and inclusion.
